Hi – I’m Steph, principal consultant at Air + Earth.

My career ‘took flight’ in the aviation industry where I shined under pressure working in operations and logistics but my empathetic nature and strong relationship building skills pulled me towards the people and culture side of business. I became a Chartered Professional of Human Resources in 2012. In 2016, craving a sense of community, and with a desire to raise our kids in the Kootenays, I traded in my wings and got back to my roots.

Air + Earth Consulting was born.

As a Chartered Professional of Human Resources I specialize in all areas of human resources including talent acquisition, organization and employee development, relationship management, training and development, strategic planning, and project management.

In addition, my skillset also includes print and digital marketing and communications, logistics, operations, and administration.

I have a personal interest in, and passion for, community development, sports and outdoor recreation, agriculture, local food, tourism, and wellness.

It is with respect and gratitude that I make my home in the village of Nakusp on the traditional, unceded lands of the Sinixt People.
